Sweet Nessa came from Fulton, MO for her newborn session at 4 weeks old, proving that it’s never too late to capture those early memories. While the “ideal” window for newborn photos is within the first two weeks, I always remind parents that beautiful images are still absolutely possible beyond that stage.
Nessa was the perfect example. She slept so well during her session and gave me a little bit of everything. Even though older newborns aren’t always as curly or sleepy for posed setups, some babies (like Nessa!) still settle right in.
One of my favorite things about photographing older newborns is the connection. Nessa gave great eye contact and little expressions that added so much personality to her gallery.
If your baby has already passed that two-week window, don’t stress. I can still capture their newness in a beautiful and meaningful way. Reach out here and let’s plan your session.
