Studio Family Photos in Jefferson City, Missouri

This session was such a blast to shoot!  We had originally planned on doing photos outdoors with the fall foliage, but Mother Nature had other plans.  There was a week of unseasonably cold and rainy weather, so we decided to switch to a studio session.  

I don't shoot a lot of family sessions in studio but I absolutely love how these turned out.  We chose a deep chestnut colored backdrop and a lighter window backdrop to coordinate with their neutral clothing.  

The boys had a lot of fun goofing around but 11 month old Evren was not in the best mood that day.  I was able to capture some smiles, though, and I love the photos of the boys sitting on the floor together.

At the end of the session, we decided to step out back for a few outdoor photos since Evren was getting very cranky.  The change in temperature and setting helped re-boot his mood, but he eventually got sad again and I had to capture that classic crying baby photo.
