Jefferson City, Missouri Newborn Photos with Baby Lena

I first met Lena's family at their maternity session this winter.  I loved hearing them talk about how excited they were to meet their new addition.  Five year old Julia was especially happy to be getting a baby sister!  

We planned Lena's newborn session to include mostly neutrals with some soft pinks and greens.  Mom also requested that we try to get "mug shots" and those turned out so cute.  I love to take those when baby is wide awake and Lena was very expressive!  

Mom's other request was to get a picture that included her wedding dress.  We had big sister Julia wear the dress and hold baby Lena.  Julia loved being the center of attention!
